Your Cancellation Rights

In view of this possibility, both Client and I agree that should the relationship terminate, it will be done so in an amicable fashion, maintaining an attitude of cooperation and professional demeanor, with respect for the reputation and dignity of the other party.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

No Cancellation will be accepted if the service is already provided within the paramenters predeterminded in the service contract. There is no refund for merely changing your mind. This is not negotiable.

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of service, we would be happy to hear your feedback and offer compensation if we deem adequate. This does not in any way mean that expressing dissatisfaction entitles you to a refund.

Refunds and Exceptions

Refunds will be issued when the following exceptions occur:

Delivery of the contracted service takes 60 days more than the estimated time of delivery stipulated in the contract.

If the client is responsible for that delay (e.g. we asked for crucial information and it was not delivered on time), we add X amount of days to the 60 day period. X equals the number of extra days required for the client to provide the necessary information.

If you are dissatisfied with our service and our representative thinks the dissatisfaction is justifiable and entitles a refund. The final decision of whether or not there will be a refund is completely up to our representative.

Once we find satifactory with your justification we will hold 50% of the paid amount for the service and refund the rest in 7-10 days from the date of the receipt.

If you have decided to pay for the service in installments and choose to cancel the service, the installments you already paid will not be refunded.
